Bear Creek Salmon Hike

at Lynn Newbry Park in Talent, OR

Learn about the annual salmon migration up the Rogue River and Bear Creek on this casual stroll along the Bear Creek Parkway between Ashland and Talent. Rogue Riverkeeper staff will lead the hike to places along Bear Creek where salmon are known to spawn.

Meet at the picnic table shelter at Lynn Newbry Park in Talent. The hike will be about 2.5 miles round trip on mostly paved surfaces. Bring water and polarized sunglasses if you have them.
