DESCRIPTION:Layton Ditch Trail Work Party\n\nWilliams Community Forest Project\n  \nWant to have a beautiful experience in the great outdoors?\nThe Layton ditch Trail will give you that experience with its big old trees\, wildflowers and springs. \nCome enjoy and join us in a work party on the Layton Ditch Trail on Saturday April 15th from 10-2.\nWe will be working on a section of the 10 mile long trail that needs logs and poison oak cleared and tread work done. Bring your loppers\, Mcleods and weed whackers\, we have the chainsaws. \nMeet at the Williams grange at 10:00 am to carpool. DESCRIPTION:A volunteer Weed Wrangle to pull invasive plant species! Partners include UpRooter\, Josephine County Parks\, Josephine Cooperative Weed Management Association (CWMA)\, and Oregon Dept of Forestry Firewise program. Tools for weed-pulling will be provided and the day-use park fee will be waived! \nRegister for the event to let the coordinators get a head count for lunch. Lunch will be donated by Wild River Brewing and Pizza Company! \n  \n
