September 29, 2018 @ 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Fall 2018 Rogue River Cleanup

National Public Lands Day

Help remove trash and other debris (tires, fishing line, lawn chairs etc) from sites along the Rogue River, by boat or by foot on September 29th, 2018. The cleanup effort is in celebration of National Public Lands Day and SOLVE’s Beach & Riverside Cleanup.

Locations along the Rogue River include, Casey State Park / McGregor Park, TouVelle State Park, Dodge Bridge County Park, Gold Nugget Way Sides and Gold Nugget Falls. Each meeting location will have a group leader that will distribute supplies and discuss safety. BLM will provide gloves, trash bags, first aid kits, and tools. National Public Lands Day partners will provide lunch and snacks.

After the cleanup, join us at TouVelle State Park for the volunteer appreciation celebration. Help us celebrate 50 years of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act and lend a hand to clean up the beautiful Rogue River!

Please contact Gail Grogan Perrotti at 541-414-9777 or [email protected] to sign up for your prefered spot.
