Salmon Recovery Plans

NOAA Fisheries Southern Oregon Northern California Coast Coho Salmon Recovery Plan, 2014. The goal of the plan is to restore SONCC coho salmon to healthy, self-sustaining numbers so that the protections of the Endangered Species Act are no longer necessary.

ODFW Rogue Fall Chinook Conservation Plan, 2013. This conservation plan provides guidance to fishery managers in relation to key elements of the Native Fish Conservation Policy and ensures fish management programs for both fall and spring chinook salmon in the Rogue River Basin complement each other.

ODFW Rogue Spring Chinook SMU Conservation Plan, 2007.  This conservation plan is intended to provide a basis for managing hatcheries, fisheries, habitat, predators, competitors, and pathogens in balance with sustainable production of naturally produced spring Chinook salmon in the Rogue Species Management Unit.
