Join us in supporting a hands-on experience to promote awareness of weeds and how they damage our environment and native plant communities. This event will inspire volunteers to roll up their sleeves and pull weeds that are invading some of the Josephine County’s special places.
Volunteers will pull invasive weeds at Griffin Park. Griffin Park is located along the Rogue River and offers camping and day use recreation. It is a great location for river access, fishing and wildlife viewing. Each volunteer will earn a special event t-shirt and raffle prizes, refreshments, and meet other people who believe in volunteering to make a difference.
