Rogue River Clean Up

September 28, 2019 @ 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Come participate in this year’s Rogue River clean-up and restoration event!

National Public Lands Day is the largest single-day volunteer effort for America’s public lands.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of volunteers come together on the fourth Saturday in September to assist with various projects designed to restore and enhance public parks, forests, waterways and more. From trail maintenance to tree planting—volunteers of all ages and abilities roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side to care for public lands.

The cleanup will span 13-15 miles of the Rogue River, and will include land and water crews. Boat spaces are extremely limited, so register early!

Stretch is from Lost Creek Lake to Gold Hill. There are several different meeting spots to choose from.

Gloves, garbage bags, water, first aid kits, and guidance provided. Lunch, fun, and appreciation for volunteers afterwards at TouVelle State Park 12-1 PM.
